I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of your Memorandum of this 27 instant as follows:
"that I am directed to inform you secondly to remind you that I have reported that this work has been formed by you, which is fully agreed by your superior, is of a most satisfactory relation, and I am satisfied, by the ability and industrious Affirmation of opinion that you are capable of filing, and that has resulted pensionable.
"Should you decide against such, I will inform that it should be within ten days.
"Now thoroughly in reply that of the Government to Reduce the expenses of this establishment I would not wish to be made
