Enclosure 515
Memo. Reformatory Schools Ord. No 19 of 1886.
By C.S.P. 988 of 22 December 15, a piece of crown land at Westpoint was granted for the purposes of Reformatory.
Bishop Raimondi holds this ground under an ordinary charitable lease, dated the 24 of March 1865, being under no further restrictions except to use the ground "for the charitable purposes of Reformatory".
It is understood the term "Reformatory" is to signify an institution for the education and reformation of destitute children.
