My advice generally accords with the proposals I have to report.
The details mentioned as to valves and clear water reservoir require my attention in regard to preparing detail plans.
It will probably be better at the outset to construct two service reservoirs as indicated by Mr. Chadwick in paragraph 27 instead of one.
The amendment of the Water Works Ordinance and regulations will require careful consideration before the completion of the works.
