as that Chartered Bank, as Bank would only allow interest at the rate of 2% on such account while the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank allows interest at the rate of 4% on it, as it was thought that the intention of Your Lordship's instruction was met by withdrawing $75,000 from the latter and placing it in the former bank.
