I have to request that Your Lordship will be good enough to reconsider the instructions contained in that despatch, and to allow a larger amount to remain in the hands of the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank.
I should mention that no deposit on current account for the Praya Reclamation Fund has been made with the Charter
