on account of old

age.

I enclose a table

showing the appointments, consequent on Mr Gutierrez's retirement, which I

propose

to make subject

to Your Lordship's approval.

They show an

immediate saving of

$273 per

annum and a further

saving

when Mr M. Gutierrez's pension lapses,

of $1,524.
