In reply to my letter of this date, I have the honour to inform you that the plans submitted by you for the erection of Petroleum Tanks are under consideration.

I also have to point out that these being exceptional structures under the Building Ordinance, special approval is required and the mere fact of your having given notice does not in any way relieve you of responsibility in the event of your proceeding with the work before the plans are approved.
