Adverting to your letter of the 11th instant, in which you gave us notice of your intention to proceed with the construction of a Marine Labour Office, W. 32, for the purpose of a Petroleum depôt for storing oil in brick tanks, not having heard from you to the contrary, we beg to remind you that you are proceeding with the sanction of the Engineer being obtained in accordance with the plan forwarded with our letter.

We are obliged to push this portion of the work with all possible speed as the first Tank Steamer with one ... is here about the middle of ...
