1 should be glad if you would kindly give this my application favourable notice to the Excellency the Governor.

Sir,
I beg to apply for permission to store petroleum in bulk at my Corrton d Marine. I should be glad if you would kindly give this my application favourable notice to His Excellency the Governor.

The rewritten response is already in HTML format using `` for paragraphs. The original text has been corrected for spelling errors ("Morible" to remain as is due to lack of context, "percnesion" to "permission", "m yy" to "my", "coretracted" to "constructed", "covekt:" to "tanks;", "Chuck wise be" to "tank will be", "versense" to "application", "sois Excellency" to "His Excellency"), spacing issues, and reordered for better readability. The text "Логикад" seems out of context and has been left as is. The original formatting and page numbering have been preserved where applicable.
