the Agents in Hongkong of a syndicate formed for promoting the importation into China of Refined Petroleum in Bulk. "Messrs Arnhold, Karberg & Co." recently purchased in British Kowloon in this Colony a site upon which they are now erecting a depôt for the purposes of the proposed trade, and in their Memorial they protest against the Rules and Regulations recently made by this Government regarding the importation of Petroleum in Bulk.
