With reference to the site you have selected on the Kaulun Peninsula (by the Cosmopolitan Docks opposite Hongkong) for the storage of Petroleum in bulk, and alongside of which you purpose discharging your Tank steamers, we beg to say that we quite agree with the opinion expressed by numerous Fire & Marine Insurance Companies, and, as managing owners of the "Glen" Line of steamers, we have no objection to the erection of tanks and the discharge of Tank steamers at this site.
