Wise, Police Magistrate from Hongking, whose telegram handed Ben yesterday, & whose present address is 16 West Reusington Gardens, W., called this morning on a man, who said that he, Ismail, called on the 8th or 9th, asking for assistance as Hindustani Interpreter in the Police Court at Hungtung.
