5. I have drawn the full pay as Registrar up to the 31st of July last and will draw further pay until the 1st August allotted to me ceased to hold the appointment from the 14th June.
Under these circumstances and being assured of the necessary funds I have the honor to request that Your Lordship would be pleased to authorise me to draw the full pay of my Office of Registrar from the date of my re-appointment thereto till expiry of my full pay leave viz: 1st Aug 1892.
