Advices, shall be forwarded to the Hong Kong Post Office, which Office in turn shall carefully verify the entries on the List, and forward the Advices to the relative offices of payment to await the presentation of the Orders.

In like manner, the particulars of all Money Orders issued in Hong Kong for payment in the Dominion of Canada, shall be entered by the Hong Kong Office in a List (Pattern "D" annexed), which, with the relative advices, shall be forwarded to the Office; which Office shall carefully verify such List, and afterwards forward the Advices to the several Offices of payment to await the presentation of the relative Orders.

In order to prevent inconvenience in case the original Lists should be lost, a duplicate List shall be forwarded by the Mail following that by which the original List was despatched.

Each List shall be numbered in the order of despatch commencing each year with No. 1.
