5. No Money Order shall be issued unless the applicant furnishes, in full, the surname, and, at least, the initial of one Christian name, both of the Remitter and the Payee, together with the addresses of both. If the Remitter or Payee be a firm or corporate body, the usual designation of such firm or corporate body is sufficient.

6. Every Money Order and Advice shall be drawn on authorized forms only. Specimens ("A" and "B") are annexed to these Rules.

7. When the Payee of a Money Order desires to receive payment in the Country on which the Order was issued, at some other Office than that on which the Order was drawn, the transfer shall be granted, provided the Order be forwarded to the Postmaster of the Office on which it was drawn. In such a case, a new Order shall be issued, the Commission chargeable on which is to be deducted from the amount of the new Order.

8. In the event of a Money Order mis-carrying, or being lost, a duplicate is to be granted on a written application
