Maximum amount for Money Orders.
I. The maximum amount for which a Money Order may be issued in the Dominion of Canada upon Hong Kong, and in Hong Kong upon the Dominion of Canada, shall be $60.
In order to secure the observance of this Rule, a discretionary power shall be given to Postmasters in Hong Kong and the Dominion of Canada to refuse to issue Orders, when from the aggregate amount that would be payable to one person, there is an evident attempt at evasion.

2. The Canadian Post Office and the Hong Kong Post Office shall each fix from time to time the Rates of Commission to be charged for the Money Orders they may respectively issue; and each Office shall retain the Commission so levied.
3. The Canadian Post Office shall pay to the Post Office of Hong Kong 1 per cent on the amount of Money Orders issued in Canada and payable in Hong Kong; and the Hong Kong Post Office shall make a like payment to the Canadian Post Office on the amount of Money Orders issued in Hong Kong and payable in Canada.
4. No Money Order shall include a fractional part of a Penny.
