you, for the information of the Secretary of State,
a copy of the Annual Statement of the Treasurer of Hong Kong for
the year 1890,
to which the Certificate of the
Comptroller and Auditor General has been appended, together with a copy of the Treasurer's Statement of Assets and Liabilities at the close of the year.
