I am informed by the Secretary of State for War that permission has been granted to him to reside at Hungkung following conditions : —
(a) that he reports himself to the District Paymaster at Hungkung, from whom he will receive the necessary instructions & from whom he will draw his Army Reserve Pay;
(b) that he is prepared to rejoin on mobilization being ordered, as may be directed
