by direction of the Secretary of State copies of an
Ordinance amending the Hong-kong Bankruptcy Ordinance
of 1891, and I am to request that you will inform the
Secretary of State that in the opinion of the Board of
Trade the alterations of the Law effected by the Ordin-
ance are of a satisfactory character.
