The period of service shall be for Three commencing from the date of arrival in Hong Kong and the person engaged shalt observe all the Orders of the Officer under whom he may

attention to the service of the Government and, shall uve his utmost exertions to promote the interests of the Government and shall not either directly or indirectly engage or be concerned in any
