but the Government shall have power at any time to terminate it upon giving to the person engaged three months notice in writing or parping her a sum equal to three months salary in lieu of such notice and providing her with a free passage home

The salary to be paid to the person engaged shall be at the rate of Forty dollars ($40) per mensem rising by yearly increments of Ton dollars ($10) per mensem to Sixty dollars ($60) per mensem with furnished quarters board and attendance and uniform. Half salary will from date of leaving England and full salary from the date of arrival in the Colony..
