vacancy in this branch which I would propose to offer to

Mr. Bamsey, who will have completed early next year a three

years' pupilage in this and the Water and Drainage Depart-

nents. Mr. Bamsey is the son of the Assistant Manager of

the local Gas Company and is intelligent, painstaking, and

industrious, anu has conducted himself uuring the whole course of his pupilage to my entire satisfaction.
