is 600264 square feet less 17309 in- front of Crown Land East of Arsena, Street and 53383 square feet in from of Marine Lot 20 and 21 over which the Crown Lessee has some

a total of 12.16 acres.
The area
of
the boat basin
which will be more or less reclaimed
land is 1.75 acres and I thuck may fairly be added to the land to be -acquired by the Military and Naval Department. This will bring the total
to 13.91 acres.
