opinion yet about
contributions on value of free quarters
to the Widows and
Orphans' Fund. He did express the opinion
the quarters of
that the value of
Lighthouse Keepers should be taken into consideration when calculating
the increase of their salaries over 1875
rates.
The question of
the
Turnkeys has not arisen before
their salaries were not increased
under the
general
scheme.
