the Government dehools instituted
this
year has with the exception I wo

increased to $24,000.

copy of a letter
from D. Eitel on the subject,
Enel: 3.

showing that last
year
the
Grant-in-Aid schools earned $2311 more than the amount
of the grant ($20,000), and he estimates their earnings in 1892
at close on
#24,000
The pro rata reduction last year in consequence of the
excess
of earnings
over
the vote
amounted to no less than 10.5%. I have therefore to strongly
Dr
support D. Eitel's recommendation.
