"All that Piece or Parcel of Ground situate, lying and being "at Victoria in the said Island of Hongkong abutting on the North "side thereof on a Public Street, and measuring thereon one hundred "feet, on the South side thereof on a Public Street and measuring thereon one hundred feet. On the East side thereof on a close registered in the "Land Office, as Inland Lot number six hundred and seventy-two "and measuring thereon two hundred and twenty-five feet, and on "the West side thereof on a close registered in the Land Office as Inland Lot number six hundred and seventy and measuring "thereon two hundred and twenty-five feet; which said l'iece or "Parcel of Ground contains in the whole twenty-two thousand five
