30. As to the compensation to which we may be entitled for the loss of Hill Street as a thoroughfare and as the Southern boundary of our lots, Nos. of 673, 674 and 676; should the Colonial Government show good reason for its noncompletion, we shall be prepared to place ourselves in your Lordship's hands, simply inviting your attention to the fact that we estimate the depreciation at 50 cents $ per square foot.*
