The facts of the case

Ordinance Nr. 13 of 1889.

are as follows:-

Some time last summer

(about nine months ago) a Turnkey

in the Gaol conveyed to E. L. Hunter Cleck or Accountant in the Chartered Mercantile Bank a letter from

Gray
