I have the honour to forward under this enclosure a brief statement of the amount of encouragement which the several Trust Funds, created by Mr. E. R. Belilios, at present give to education in the Colony.
It will be seen from the enclosed extract from the China Mail of 19th instant – (identical with a paragraph in the Daily Press of 6th May, 1891, and the Educator of 20th May), that there are now three
