It is gratifying to note that my previous assessment of your proficiency in Cantonese has been further confirmed by this last examination. Specifically, I am pleased to observe that you have laid the foundation of a very good working knowledge of Cantonese as it is spoken; and it only needs further application and practice to render this knowledge extremely useful both to yourself and to others, as well as to gain such an acquaintance with the book-language as shall prove serviceable in any position where such a knowledge is required.
