The result is that unless the Praya Reclamation Fund be eliminated from the Government balances, the portion of the latter available for local requirements will be reduced from $125,000 to the difference between $350,000 and the total amount of the Praya Fund, or $21,704.77 at the present moment.

Under the circumstances I do not doubt that Your Lordship will approve my postponement (until the receipt of further instructions), of any steps in respect of the distribution of the Praya Fund among the various banks, or the remittance of the balance above the prescribed limit to the Crown Agents.
