It is evident that
the heavy drafts at irregular intervals by the Crown Agents which Your Lordship desired to obviate by a system of biweekly
the biweekly drawings, caused by the expenditure on
subsidiary coins, and Mr. Mitchell-Innes suggests
that it would seem desirable to treat that
account by itself, and he remarks that if
the Government account has
occasionally to be overdrawn here (under a system of
monthly drawings) to meet drafts on
account of
subsidiary coins in transit,
