that under the scale previmal in force, issued 29th May, 1805, there was no fee specified for the Certificate of Registration, which was not formerly always furnished, and as such a fee was not inserted in the new scale, I am of opinion that it is only reasonable to charge it in cases where the applicant for Registration specifically asks for the Certificate in addition to a copy of the usual Notification as issued in the Gazette, while in cases where the Certificate is not asked for, it need not be furnished.
