regulating the matter is Ordinance No. 14 of 1862, slightly amended by Ordinance 6 of 1890.
In the case of Trade Marks:
(a) As regards obtaining registration here, the procedure is regulated by Ordinance 16 of 1873, as amended by Ordinance of 1886.
(b) As regards Fraudulent Trade Marks and Trade description and offences in relation to Trade Marks, and the punishment of the same, these matters are covered by Ordinance 15 of 1890.
4. The Scale of Fees, at present in force with regard to the Registration of Trade Marks is dated 16th October, 1890, and is published by Government Notification No. 429 in the Government Gazette of 18th October 1890.
I am not aware of any Scale of Fees at present in force as to Patents.
