Minutes of the Executive Council.
Considered this day in Executive Council. The Council advise His Excellency that the question of suspension be postponed until Saturday the 7th of February and that Mr Goulbourn be allowed his full salary up to the date when he forwards his resignation of office to the head of his Department if before the next meeting of Council.
Mr. Goulbourn attended the Meeting of Council and having been informed of the above decision pleaded for merciful consideration in respect of the grant of pension for the support of his family.
