word to
the Government I supplied Mr. Stranger with a

together with a letter vesting in
him complete control

personal interests together with a
view of promoting
as far as I possibly
could a representation of making Brown Jones and Company
into a
Limited Liability Company (and
would fall
that the Secretaryship to him); after waiting upwards of
ten
weeks for a reply from him he objected that it was not possible for
the
project to come into operation.
If
he could wait until the
end of the
year he thought it
possible he would be able to
purchase
of the business as
also the interests that Mr George
