honour to transmit the usual statement for the current year showing the names of the Officers in the colony and the Members of the Police Force who are entitled to avail themselves of the privilege of remitting, subject to Your Lordship's approval, at 4/2 together with the rates of their salaries, the amount which they propose to remit, the names and designations of the persons to whom the remittances are payable, the object for which, and the fixed periods at which such payments are to be made.
