that under the revised
scale of registration fees
now in force in the
Colony, Messrs Blondeau
are
only required
to pay the sum
of $200 for the
registration of the
Trade Mark and that
($125 in respect of the application and $3 for the certificate of registration)
already paid by them,
instead of $18.50. The Crown Agents for the
Colonies have been
instructed
to refund to
you
on behalf of
Messrs. Blondeau's
the equivalent of $18.22 at 4/2 to the Dollar
