3. According to that new Scale of Fees we have extracted and printed in the Gazette, the quoted Tariff of the Scale of fees laid down in 1885 by it, it would appear that the amount due from Messrs. Blondeau & Co. was for the application $25 and for certificate of registration $3, Total $28.
