the Memorial which Mr. Chapman is sending home through the O.A.G. of the Colony, which will no doubt shortly arrive from the Governor.
When it does, he will communicate with the Administrator's observations on the subject together with the Memorial. If it does not reach his Lordship's hands by next mail, he will communicate with the officers regarding the vacancy that has occurred.
