His Lordship would be much obliged if Viscount Cross could cause him to be furnished with some information as to the working & effect of the Bombay Order.
The question of Sunday Labour at Hongkong was recently raised in the House of Lords,
788 and I am to enclose copy of a Circular which His Lordship has addressed to all the Colonies on the subject.
