In making this deposit we should like it to be understood that we shall be at liberty to exchange these Rupee Notes for other approved Government securities, in the event of our requiring to make such an exchange.
We add that we may at any time be desirous to comply with the requirements of the Treasury, and to obtain the official sanction to our extended operations with as little delay as possible.
