As his report has not yet come, all that can be done is (1) to answer this letter, concurring, & saying the Gort will be reminded, and (2) to write to the Govr urging early report, & prosecution of the offender: and prompt delivery of accounts. A telegram would seem justified.

The Govr's report of the immbogglement case has not arrived. It will probably take some time to get Hr. Barrados out of the hands of the Spaniard.
