Again referring to your letter of 19th instant and my reply of yesterday's date,
I am now in possession of a telegram from Hongkong saying that the China Merchants Steam Navigation Co's debentures for $125,000, proposed to be deposited with the Treasury, are in addition to the approved security for 25 lacs already deposited.
