I should be inclined to send the correspondence to the Colony; to ascertain whether they gain or lose by these Postal Agencies; if they do not gain by them the Colony can hardly last. The Imperial government should not increase its contribution.
The Colonial Postmaster ought to be able to state his case better than we can do it for him.
