I take the opportunity of reminding you that, whilst The Local Auditor will doubtless at all times be willing to afford you any information or assistance (616) which may be in his power, he should be relieved from all participation in the preparation of the Estimates and other duties of the Treasurer, in order that he may be able to give his whole attention to the audit of the books and accounts.
