With reference to my letter of the 7th ultimo, I am directed by the Marquis of Salisbury to inform you that the Russian ironclad "Pamiat Azova" which His Imperial Highness the Cesarevitch will accompany to India will be accompanied by two other vessels, the "Vladimir Monomach" and the "Korniloff". The last named vessel will join the two others at Aden.
