The person or persons as provided for by Clause 3 of this Agreement.
The person engaged agrees to make no claim upon the Government in respect of the fluctuation in the value of the dollar.
10. The Government shall deduct and pay from the amount due to the person engaged the sum of ... payable to The Crown Agents for the Colonies on their presenting them for acceptance a Bill drawn upon them by the Government in their favor. The Bill will be drawn at ... days' sight with ... days of exchange.
11. The Crown Agents for the Colonies shall not be in any way personally liable for anything arising out of this Agreement.
