I have the honour to enclose for your information a copy of a letter from the Crown Agents reporting the selection of trained female nurses for the Hongkong Government Hospital.
I have authorised the provision of free first-class passages to the Colony for these ladies and shall be glad if you are able to carry out the recommendations made by the Crown Agents.
