Referring to T8:175 your letter of the 14th Dec. last,

I have the honour to transmit to you, for the information of the Secretary of State, a copy of the Agreement into which we have entered on behalf of the Government of... Mr. "George A Woodwork" - with ... on his appointment as an Assistant master in the Victoria College in that Colony.

A passage has been provided for Mr. Woodwork in the steamship Livery Glaucus appointed to leave on the 15th inst.
